We meet virtually around Thanksgiving, phone numbers were exchanged, and the texting began on December 6th.

Our third date was under the lights playing mini golf at Pop Stroke at Town Square. William quickly learned that Andrea was competitive and does not like to lose. After what we'll call a "tie", we drove to Ethel M to see the holiday lights at the cactus garden and tasted wine and chocolate. Delicious!

Our first date was "just coffee" (chai for Andrea) at Urth Cafe, which turned into a stroll through the Uncommons. Neither wanting the date to end, we wandered into Wineaux for our first glass of wine together.

Our second date was originally planned for that Saturday, the 14th, but William couldn't wait and met Andrea at Born and Raised. This eventually became one of our local happy hour spots. Another "quick drink" turned into hours of conversation and laughter

We love to laugh together, all. the. time! We went to our first comedy show at Town Square. Oh, and this was the first time William met Andrea's parents!

Our first Christmas Eve together. William braved the elements and met Andrea's entire family (kids and all!) at Enchant at the Las Vegas Ballpark.

Our first Christmas together! Andrea met William's family at their home for their first dinner of the day and then ventured over to the Yarabenetz house for round two...no reindeer were harmed!

Hello 2025 - an incredible year for us! Alex and Andrea met for the first time at the Summer House for New Year's Day brunch. We hit it off well...teaming up against William, of course!

William and Heidi Nizowitz meet for the first time and he is introduced to homemade WV moonshine. The Nizowitz's host dinner and game night, with Andrea's parents along for the fun!

Our first live sporting event... Go Knights Go! William's first experience in the suite...which we will revisit in May ;)

After hockey, we watched Ohio State win the National Championship!

The one where William meets the "Friends"...no pivoting, just brunch at Summer House with Heidi, Josh, Amanda, Anthony...and special guests from Idaho...Tambi & Cory

February 1st, first weekend getaway to Laguna Beach. There was an Urth Cafe across from our hotel so of course we had to celebrate "almost a month dating" ;)

Our first "Valentines" was at Honey Salt...they ran out of salmon, William's favorite ;)

William crashed Happy Hour at Stadium WSKY and met Janell and Colleen. Funny story, the first time William cooked dinner for Andrea at his house, they drank wine out of Legoland mugs because he didn't have any wine glasses! Andrea and Janell happen to be shopping, Andrea tells the story, and Janell insists on buying William two wine glasses to keep at his house!

Our first St. Patrick's Day, no green beer on the Bridge, but toasted at Eataly.

William meets Aunt Connie and Uncle Dave for the first time...and they soon become BFFs ;)

Our first Easter together. Momma Mason, Jazzy, and Sam meet with Yarabenetz's for the first time at Easter dinner.

William meets many of Andrea's work family at their team picnic in Summerlin. Lots of laughs with Andrea failing miserably at the potato sack race, but both doing well at the egg race. William takes home the win (and early out for Andrea) at the tug of war!

William and Andrea laugh with Matt Rife at Grand Garden Arena. Little did either know what the next week would bring!!!

THE DAY! Just another Thursday or so we think. Andrea has to attend Regan's Confirmation rehearsal at 5pm at St. Joe's, but she gets a call at work asking if she and William are interested in attending the VGK playoff game...the first Yes of THE DAY!

Fast forward to 6pm, William picks up Andrea at the church to head to T-Mobile Arena. Andrea is anxious because she's nervous they'll miss the opening performance, and William is even more anxious, which she doesn't find out until later!

Yes, they make it just in time for the opening act, although slightly bummed they didn't have time to stop at the bar for a spritz!

They barely make it into the suite before the lights go down and the fun begins. After the National Anthem, the lights come on and so it begins.

Andrea remembers William coming and going from the suite, when he walks back in with a shot of Jameson. Andrea responds, "you didn't bring me a spritz?!?!, we are breaking up!" to which William chuckles.

Roberto, the incredible longtime server in the suite, walks up to Andrea and asks for her help. Roberto asks, "Andrea do you happen to know who is getting engaged tonight, I have a bottle of Veuve"....

It all happened so quick! Andrea dumbfounded, not even knowing who is all in the suite yet, William shocked but laughing, approaches and taps Roberto on the shoulder.

As William says, "she is" and points to Andrea, Andrea's mouth drops and is speechless, for once but only for about a few seconds, points back and forth saying, "me?" "we?" "you are proposing to me" ....who really knows what was said, but William drops to one knee with a huge smile on this face, Andrea bends down to kiss him. William asked "is that a yes" to which Andrea replied " did you even ask, i cant hear anything" and then immediately says YES and he stands up to put the ring on her finger.

After hugs and kisses, they turn around to see everyone in the suite starting at them. What an incredible moment, even more blessed with Heidi, Josh, and Zoe witnessing the entire thing! not to mention a few others of Andrea's work family. Andrea is in shock, William is relieved, Heidi is crying... haha! Andrea FaceTime's her parents and sister and then Lee, who was still working of course!

William shared the news with Jazzy!

Little did we know four months earlier, our first time in the suite together, that we'd get engaged there too!

Now on to the events leading up to this being the day William proposed!

Ohio adventures...William goes fishing on Lake Erie, visits the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, lunches at Hartville Kitchen, cuts the grass, reads in the hammock, tosses Andrea into the pool, fries fish at his first Ohio fish fry, joins on the obligatory drive to White House Fruit Farm...laughing and making memories

We celebrate the 4th of July with the Villegas and Tanners while toasting Bailey's 21st birthday! Grateful for being treated to Hugo's Cellar, always an incredible experience!

We had a blast with Jazzy and the Nizowitz's at Battle for Vegas., charity baseball game between the Knights and the Raiders...but it was HOT outside!

We had the opportunity to experience Bob Marley at Mandalay Bay, which was so cool and exciting!

And we are off to Europe! Andrea's first-time overseas London & Paris!
